Refund/Return
Thank you for shopping with us at Enaya Rugs. We value your satisfaction, and to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Returns
We offer a one-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have one calendar day from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we will no longer accept returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 -15 business days.
Please note:
- Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 1 day to arrange a replacement.
