Enaya Rugs Infrastructure

Enaya Rugs Infrastructure stands on an area of approximately 21,060 m², which is systematically divided into different sections to optimize production efficiency. After receiving an order, the details are entered into software specially programmed for Enaya. This software calculates the amount of yarn required for the particular order and traces the design to illustrate the pattern in which the yarn will be weaved. Once the design is finalized, yarn is sent to our In-House Dyeing Unit, where each yarn is dyed under full inspection. The next step is the weaving of the carpet in our In-house Weaving Unit. After weaving, the carpets undergo a thorough inspection for any weaving faults, which are rectified before re-inspection. Finally, the carpets go through the finishing process, followed by a final inspection. Once completed, they are packed and ready to be shipped to the required locations. Our showroom provides a large space to display our vast range of high-quality custom rugs and bespoke carpets.
