Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date for exchange purposes only. Refunds are not available.
To be eligible for a return:
● The carpet must be unused and returned in its original condition, as received.
● It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags.
● The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, you may exchange it for:
● A product of the same value, or
● A higher-priced product by paying the difference.
Exchanges for lower-priced products are not eligible for a refund or store credit for the price difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
